As we arrived in Topsail, Hampstead and Surf City area after eight o'clock and found every restaurant in the area except Quartermasters closed. They had just closed the food part of the restaurant and turned the grill back on just for us. The food was excellent, the personnel was friendly,helpful and delighful. We stayed 4 weeks and went there two to three times a week. We never had even one meal that was not excellently prepared and served. The nights they had entertainment were great and really enjoyed Doug McFarland. Over the course of our stay we had two different families go and eat with us. Everone was impressed with the wonderful evening. The fish was always great and as a heart patient they prepare the meal to our seasioning requirements. Go and compare Quartermasters with other restaurants and I am sure that you return again. Happy Eating from a couple from Missouri..
